Sundae (순대)

I believe it’s a mix of pig intestines and veggies rolled up. Sounds very unappetizing. Sometimes it’s better not to know what you are eating. But I think I always knew it was made of something I would not eat. Nevertheless I eat it and it’s good!

Yeah. This soup is awesome.
But shark poaching is a serious environmental issue, so please eat it with artificial fins. :)
